Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a commitment to ongoing, lifelong learning and encourages you to look forward and identifying opportunities to learn something new, refresh existing knowledge, improve skills, or simply keep up to date with the latest developments. 

We favour psychoeducation as a way of providing an active learning environment where learners can engage with the course material and facilitators to get the best from their experience and to deepen their understanding. Our training approach is conscious and proactive and combines different methodologies to learning, including training courses, seminars, workshops, conferences, events, and webinars. We actively encourage sharing best practice techniques, thoughts and ideas, all focused on an individual improving within the work environment.

Our courses are designed and developed using evidence-based practice and current research to provide you with a safe space to learn and grow. Our wide range of comprehensive training programmes will develop you and your teams by expanding knowledge, understanding and skill set using the CPD Cycle. 

FOR INDIVIDUALS

We offer regular ‘open’ training courses for individuals to attend, which will be virtual or in person. These packages have been developed and approved by the Continuing Professional Development Certification Service in line with popular Mental Health and Wellbeing topics.

We offer a bespoke design and delivery service for training that suits your organisational needs, aims and goals. This could include online or in-house training, or a combination of approaches. We recommend completing a Training Needs Analysis for you before working alongside you to ensure your desired outcomes are achieved. As part of any training we deliver, we will collect and collate feedback including qualitative and quantitative data in order that you can understand the benefits the training has made.
