How we can help

SERVICE DESIGN

We offer quality, service improvement and redesign programmes using a range of service design techniques around the Theory of Change. We assist organisations to improve their service offer and allow development of innovative solutions tailored to specific needs and take you to the next level of performance. Service design is all about taking a service and making it meet the user’s and customer’s needs for those services. We achieve this by focusing on key elements:

Leading Improvement

Project Management

Measurement for improvement

Sustainability of improvement

Engaging and understanding others

Creativity in improvement

Process mapping

Understanding demand and capacity

In order to adapt a service design, we are motivated to understand the basic principles of service design thinking. We work on the principle that a design isn’t finished until somebody is using it. With this in mind we work collaboratively to understand organisational needs and service user needs to aim for an outstanding service.

We will analyse your processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and work to design new ways of working or redesign existing ones that are aligned to your overall strategy. We will support the implementation of change identifying resource requirements necessary to execute any new processes and procedures and offer change management training to the organisation. We will also provide you with methods to measure success and key performance indicators and monitor performance to enable success.

CHANGE MODEL

The Change Model is a framework for any project or programme that is seeking to achieve transformational, sustainable change. The model provides a useful organising framework for sustainable change and transformation that delivers real benefits for service users and the public. It was created to support health and care to adopt a shared approach to leading change and transformation.
